Though most of ACSP's resources are now housed in our Toolkits platform, we do make certain information available publicly or by request. Below are a few of these resources, including some of our long-form guides.

- LANGUAGE: ACSP's complete guide to
Language & Style and
depiction restrictions; these resources promote language equity generally and can help keep you from being defamed by the use of dehumanizing language whenever you interact with members of the press
- PAROLE: Making Parole: the Basics is ACSP's comprehensive guide to Georgia parole; we also have guides on parole reconsideration requests, requests for TC place (these three available to people inside only), and info on 'crime severity levels' and options for post-conviction relief through the State Board of Pardons and Paroles
- SURVIVOR JUSTICE: We're currently working with Women on the Rise Ga and Igniting Hope Georgia to provide pro se tools and records support for people in prison who qualify for resentencing under House Bill 582 (2025), the Georgia Survivor Justice Act, but who cannot afford an attorney
- OPEN RECORDS: guides and sample letters for making federal FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) and Georgia ORA (Open Records Act) requests
- 4TH AMENDMENT: Defend Your Rights is a guide based on ACSP's 4th Amendment trainings on warrants, search & seizure law, and includes info on what to do when police stop you and what to expect if they show up at your home (available upon request)
- POWERS OF ATTORNEY: we have templates and explainers for putting various types of Powers of Attorney into place (Georgia law compliant only; available upon request)
- FAMILY LAW: Our Georgia Family Law Toolkit is an in-progress, working collaboration with the Georgia Coalition Against Domestic Violence, Igniting Hope Georgia, Motherhood Beyond Bars, and the Jane W. Wilson Family Justice Clinic at UGA (if you're looking for filing templates related to family law issues, please reach out)
- EDUCATION: Guide to Higher Education for Students Currently or Formerly Incarcerated in Georgia is a comprehensive handbook currently in the editing phase; we also provide support and guidance for people who were imprisoned and are applying/going to law school and looking to enter the legal profession
