Atlanta Community Support Project is a proud founding member of the Rights Restoration Coalition of Georgia.
Led by people directly impacted by the issue, the
RRCGA leads a movement to end felony disenfranchisement and restore civil rights to convicted people in Georgia. We build power through truth-telling, policy change, and community organizing.
Our vision is to get Georgia closer to true democracy by leading policy discussions, voting in blocs, serving on juries, holding elected offices, and re-shaping our systems of civic engagement. Our collective goal is to repeal felony disenfranchisement and uproot its racist design. We hope to see communities impacted by policing and incarceration, of which ACSP is a part, demanding and achieving equal representation and leadership accountability, and building collective, sustainable power through civic engagement statewide.
